Massage, skin and manicure/pedicure treatments are available at Estetica, as well as a full range of hair services, in their fully equipped salon. It is this constant diversification of services that has enabled Estetica to enjoy continued growth during 2005.

The advent of new technologies in the spa industry has enhanced the range of treatments available. Owner Joe Gorski sees many spas moving towards medically based procedures that focus on both therapeutic and cosmetic aspects of health and beauty.

Gorski says, "We try to stay on the cutting edge of developments in the spa industry by researching and offering unique services. Acupressure and reflexology combined with various traditional massage techniques and body treatments are popular here at Estetica."

Laser hair removal, electrolysis and Botox treatments, are also offered and are a precursor to the day when cosmetic outpatient surgery might be an option at some facilities. While spa expenditures can be classified as discretionary, Gorski sees a shift in the way people are spending their entertainment/vacation dollars.

"With travel becoming more expensive, people are taking shorter, less elaborate vacations. A day at the spa is like a mini vacation without the hassle and pitfalls of travel and you leave feeling refreshed and invigorated," says Gorski.

Gift certificates are available and can be ordered by phone, fax, email or in person for all services and packages and are the perfect solution for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
