Festival Planning

I'm thinking Windsor should have a festival planning committee... I mean how many festivals and events can you fit into a weekend and then none the next!!!??? Well, let's enjoy! I'm going to the Red Bull Air Races ... I mean for our area to be chosen out of 5 in the whole world... we are so priviledged! EVERYONE IN THE CITY should be out there supporting! Sunday off to Art in the Park!
