Celebrate Family Day with Parks and Recreation
Parks and Recreation offers public skating and recreational swimming on Family Day, February 21. Consider visiting one of the following centres with your family:
• Adie Knox Herman Recreation Complex hosts warm water public swims from 1:30 – 3:00 pm;
• Free public skating at Lanspeary Lions Outdoor Rink from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, weather permitting.
• South Windsor Recreation Centre offers Parent and Tot skating from Noon – 12:50 pm Little Stars, pre-schoolers with sticks and pucks, from 1:00 pm-1:50 pm. Senior skating from 11 am – 11:50 am.
• WFCU Centre Family Day Skate from 12:15 pm to 2:05 pm sponsored by Windsor Spitfires.
Regular recreation fees apply. All Parks and Recreation facilities will continue to honour all rentals, but no other centres will offer leisure programs on Monday, February 21. Charles J. Clark Rink is currently closed as a result of the warm weather.
