WHAT ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES?

Ten winners were randomly chosen, in order of each prize, by computer, through the host provider of the Biz X Magazine website. Only new email addresses entered in our database during the contest time frame can win. Email addresses already in the system prior to January 2, 2012 are not eligible to participate (and can not be re-verified once included).
Employees of the magazine and their immediate families; employees of other local publications as well as staff/families from prize sponsors are ineligible to win.
Winners agree to have their name published at any time in any upcoming issue of Biz X Magazine and on our website to promote our contest giveaways. The grand prize winner must agree to have their photo taken for the magazine upon receiving the patio set.
Contest is open to the general public and winners must be over 18 years of age and a resident of Windsor Essex only. There is no limit to how many in each office or household can enter – as long as everyone has their own individual email address, they can participate. Winners will be notified via email on April 4, 2012 and are only allowed to win one time.
Should you win a prize, you will be contacted by email to send us your mailing address (or arrange for delivery of the two top prizes) to receive your prize via mail. If you do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, your prize is forfeited and will be re-drawn by the end of April 2012.
You must keep your email address active in our database until the end of August 2012. Digital subscribers are informed first of any contest or events we have going on, so it’s worth it to keep receiving the magazine monthly (besides all the wonderful stories and events you can read about!) for many years to come!
Biz X is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury associated with the acceptance of the prize won. The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
