The galley for the voyage was taken over by the crew
from Bozii: Helmut Markert, Executive Chef/ Production/
Development Manager; Paul Talbot, Research &
Development and Dianne Antunes, Restaurant Manager.
A Bozii is a uniquely portable, toasted meal illed with a
variety of lavours and premium ingredients made from
scratch and natural ingredients. Guests enjoyed plenty
of choices from chipotle chicken, Asian BBQ pork and
beef tender melt to pizza, turkey brie, spinach feta,
Mediterranean Quinoa and dessert Boziis of sea salt
apple, chocolate chip cookie and Nutella crumble. The
catering company also served a delicious mixed green
salad with toasted pecan, feta cheese and oil-free
caramelized onion vinaigrette and balsamic vinaigrette.
